People and Culture Coordinator
Jennifer Taylor is Energy Innovation’s People and Culture Coordinator, where she is responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resources functions. She supports recruitment, onboarding, DE&I initiatives, policy review and implementation, benefits administration, and more. Jennifer is responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with employment laws and regulations across all states, as well as making sure the staff have a stellar employee experience.
Prior to joining Energy Innovation, she was an Executive Legal Assistant and Office Manager in a California-based defense law firm specializing in workers’ compensation and employment law. In this role, Jennifer supervised the firm’s Northern California office operations, while assisting a named senior partner. She has also worked as a contract paralegal focusing on workers’ compensation, employment, and probate law. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, listening to health podcasts, and being outdoors with her family.
