Olivia is a Senior Policy Analyst at Energy Innovation, focused on the Modeling and Analysis Program. She provides research and analysis to support the firm’s climate policy modeling.
Prior to joining Energy Innovation, Olivia worked as a graduate student fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council researching policy to advance building decarbonization. Before NRDC, she worked at Cascadia Consulting Group supporting climate action plan development. Her work at Cascadia included conducting analysis for local governments on how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and implement municipal sustainability policies.
Olivia holds a B.A. from Oberlin College in environmental studies and a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
