Operations Manager
Ondrea is Energy Innovation’s Operations Manager. In that position, she oversees the firm’s operational activities, including hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. She also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone has the tools and resources to complete their roles. Before joining Energy Innovation, Ondrea worked as a Regional Operations Manager at an organic restaurant chain and as an Assistant Buyer and Operations Manager at Costco Wholesale, among other roles. Ondrea studied at Contra Costa College and the University of California, Berkeley.
