Talent and Culture Manager
Brook is the Talent and Culture Manager at Energy Innovation. She leads initiatives related to hiring great team members and helping them start their journey optimally. Prior to joining Energy Innovation, she helped build up the people and culture processes at a clean tech start-up. Before moving into climate work, she worked across industries helping organizations in their recruiting and people functions.
Brook has more than seven years of experience working in human resources and holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources®. She earned an M.S. in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. In her free time, Brook enjoys cooking, swimming, hiking, and hanging out with her family.
