This modeling compares projected emissions reductions from the Inflation Reduction Act in the U.S. Energy Information Administration’s Annual Energy Outlook, which projects it will reduce 2030 U.S. energy-related carbon dioxide emissions 31 percent below 2005, to our modeling which projects a 41 percent emissions reduction below 2005 levels.
