Energy Innovation and RMI developed 48 state Energy Policy Simulator (EPS) models, which are free, open-source, peer-reviewed, and nonpartisan. The models empower users to analyze the effects of hundreds of energy policies, design policy packages, and pinpoint which policies are most effective at reducing consumer costs, growing economies, and reducing pollution. Energy Innovation staff are available to help state policymakers use this tool to evaluate policy impacts and assemble policy packages that accomplish their objectives.
