Assessing “Dangerous Climate Change”: Required Reduction of Carbon Emissions to Protect Young People, Future Generations and Nature

This paper was written through the collaborative effort of 18 climate science experts to assess the impacts of global warming. The paper defines the carbon emissions reductions that are necessary to stabilize the earth’s climate and limit future environmental and climate disasters. It concludes with the suggestion to raise the price of carbon as the most effective policy action to decrease fossil fuel emissions.
