Which sectors offer the most promise for increased mitigation? How might the promise of all sectors best be accessed? What should the government’s role be in redirecting mitigation efforts? The private sector’s role? How can the international community (such as the United Nations) better leverage the potential of the sectoral approach, and how might this approach be more commonly used to complement other extant approaches to measuring and assessing mitigation efforts (such as by country)?
