Taylor is a Senior Program Associate at Energy Innovation, where she supports the firm’s clients in achieving their climate and clean energy philanthropy goals. She has three years’ experience working in clean energy and climate policy for trade associations, developers, and nonprofit organizations.

Before joining Energy Innovation, Taylor worked as the Government Relations Associate for Strata Clean Energy, a solar and battery storage company. Based in Washington, D.C., Taylor advocated for clean energy legislation and helped inform policy decisions through communicating with policymakers at the federal and state levels. 

Taylor has a long-term passion for impacting climate change and holds a B.A. in environmental studies and public policy from the University of North Carolina, where she was awarded the Andrews Environmental Policy Fellowship for her class. While at UNC, Taylor held several internships in the clean energy industry, including at the American Wind Industry Association, Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, and Heinrich Boll Foundation, in Cape Town, South Africa.
