Hayley is a Modeling Analyst at Energy Innovation, focused on research and modeling for EI’s philanthropic partners. She provides policy research and data analysis to support EI’s climate policy modeling, specifically related to the Energy Policy Simulator.

Prior to joining Energy Innovation, Hayley worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Industrial Economics Inc. (IEc), a Boston-based environmental consulting firm. While at IEc, she supported federal climate and public health policy evaluation and contributed to the Climate Change Impacts and Risk Analysis (CIRA) project for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also conducted multiple climate assessments for state agencies and assisted with international air quality management capacity building in Ethiopia, Ghana, and South Africa.

Hayley holds a B.S. in environmental geoscience from Boston College. During her studies, she conducted research on Canadian Arctic Sea level rise and worked at a bird sanctuary doing wildlife rehabilitation in New Zealand. Outside of the office, she enjoys trail running, skiing, and birding.
